Service Description

360 e-CMMS is a cloud-based maintenance management software for managing work orders, assets, and preventive maintenance.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service legally and ethically
• Not share your account credentials
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Not upload malicious content or spam

Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.

Data Ownership

You own all data you input into the system. We host and process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you'll have access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption beyond the amount you paid us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
